He is the author of numerous books and articles in the fields of economic development and economic history. Gary is a retired High School teacher, a member of the Oklahoma legislature and Co-Founder of the BBA Task Force. He serves on the Appropriations and Budget, Elections & Ethics, Rules and Tourism committees.
